Appointments
Individual therapy sessions are provided in person or through online secure video. Therapy sessions are 45 minutes.
Please contact me to schedule an initial consultation by phone 917-757-7040 or email Ilysemlesser@gmail.com. All phone calls and emails are returned within 24 hours.
If you need to cancel an appointment please provide me with 48 hours advance notice. Every effort will be made to try and reschedule your appointment. In the event that it is not possible to reschedule your appointment the charge for a late cancellation is the cost of one full session.
Payment
Payment is requested weekly at the end of each session. I accept cash, check or credit card.
I do not participate in any insurance panels. At the end of each month I will provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company. If your insurance plan has out of network benefits you will be reimbursed based on your mental health coverage.
Please feel free to contact me for information about my fee or questions regarding how to determine if you are eligible for out of network benefits under your insurance policy.
